Freshworks Inc (FRSH)

  1. Setup PLG expansion campaigns and drove $XXX,XXX expansion ARR in ~8 months
  2. Helped build the CX PLG charter for 2025
  3. Championed the purchase of ChatGPT and built a custom GPT, Freddy Sidekick, for PMMs. The goal was faster first drafts and leveling the playing field across writing skills and data analysis for all 40 team members.
  4. Setup PLG for Freshsales, and drove $XXX expansion ARR
  5. Ran “Switch to Freshsales” campaign against tier-1 competitors, leading to a revenue impact of $XX,XXX ARR

  1. Started off as a Growth Marketer in 2019, out of college. Led NPS campaigns across G2 Crowd, leading to a 4.8/5 rating and 50+ reviews in 3 months
  2. Ghostwriting for the co-founder and CTO on Forbes Technical Council blog / forum
  3. Built a no-code app using Glide and Zapier to capture and assign leads at event booths, ensuring automatic lead assignment in under 24 hours with automated follow-up

Product Marketing, APAC, 2020-2022

  1. Founding team member of the product marketing function
  2. Led packaging, messaging, and positioning for all BFSI verticals
  3. Helped launch Vymo Coach and Vymo Distribution Cloud
  4. Built battlecards for all tier-1 and tier-2 competitors

  1. Student founder at 19. Freelanced on Fiverr initially to financially support myself. Saved money and co-founded my first LLP, WiseWordsPro Digital Solutions LLP. We offered website design, SEO, and content writing services.
  2. As the brand grew, WiseWordsPro LLP became WiseWords Creative Studio Pvt Ltd, serving enterprise brands with added services like video production and graphic design
  3. Worked with 25+ brands. Wound down operations in 2023.

  1. Canada, Series D client: Created a “SalesBuddy” content repository on Notion, used by 200+ reps with >95% adoption
